[Opening] Higashi-Koganei's long-established local Chinese restaurant "Houka" opens in Tobitakyu on July 26th

The Tobitakyu branch of Houka, a local Chinese restaurant that represents Koganei City and was founded in 1971, will open on Wednesday, July 26th.
In addition to the specialty Takara Soba (Abura Soba), they also seem to have a wide selection of a la carte dishes, so it looks like this will be a local Chinese restaurant where you can have a drink just like the main store in Higashi Koganei.
