Suzuki Nao is a writer whose hobbies are bar-hopping and weekday walks during the day. He remembers once eating some incredibly delicious innards grilled on a hot plate outside a butcher's shop in Amagasaki. He later learned from an expert that in Amagasaki it's affectionately known as "nokisaki horumon." He wanted to try different kinds and discover the differences between them. He also wanted to get to the bottom of why they're so concentrated in Amagasaki... so one afternoon, with a drink in hand, Suzuki set off on a tour of Amagasaki in search of delicious innards.
