Red (Bomb)

This red shochu-based drink is served at okonomiyaki restaurants in Kyoto. It is also known as "Bakudan." It is a sweet drink made by adding Akadama port wine and cider to shochu korui. Some restaurants serve it without adding cider, making it less sweet.
