The annual "Food Service Solutions EXPO" (Yakiniku Business Fair/Izakaya JAPAN) was held at Ikebukuro Sunshine City Cultural Center for two days on January 17th and 18th, 2024.
This is a specialized exhibition for food and beverage and dining out, and is a particularly large-scale event for the izakaya industry. Every year, major beer manufacturers and other alcoholic beverage companies exhibit at the event, so we will report on what it's like.
