The appetizers are two palate cleansers, the standard at any yakitori restaurant: grated daikon radish and pickles. These are the kind of appetizers you'll find at yakitori specialty restaurants, such as Miyagawa, a famous yakitori restaurant in Yaesu, to fully enjoy the yakitori.

First, we start with the rolls. Each roll is made with shiso leaves, garlic sprouts, and okra, and they are all brought out with perfect timing.

Next up is the chicken section. Classic dishes such as meatballs, liver, sabiyaki (chicken fillet with wasabi), chicken skin, and chicken wings are served at just the right time.
