Nakanobu "Tadamiya"
Tokyu Oimachi Line. As a Chuo Line user, I rarely ride this line. I think the last time I rode it, it was to go to Chuya-san in Nakanobu.
A place that makes you want to come all the wayTadaya" is a famous bar that represents Tokyo and has a sister store in Yutenji. It is a charismatic bar that pioneered the "Shionikomi" (salt stew) dish that is now quite common.

Let's go inside!
This is a typical pub that's always filled with men. On this day, the large, ideally shaped counter was about 70% full, but I decided to take advantage of the charm of drinking alone and slipped in between the older guys!

Stew and large bottle
First, the specialty "stew" is served from a large pot. It is a 100% pure beef stew that does not contain any root vegetables, tofu, or konjac.
It's soothing for a body that's exhausted from the scorching heat!

This exciting all-star dish includes beef small intestine, tripe, fluffed beef, and under-the-heart beef. It also includes pork tongue and tripe. Served with a bottle of beer.

Yakitori
There are only a few Wappa (vagina) and Dote (genitals) available per day. I also ordered Himo Stamina, a specialty of this shop. Wappa and Dote are so rare that the menu sold out after I ordered them! It feels great!

cocktail
The cocktail is a specialty drink based on shochu type 1, containing Wilkinson's spicy flavor and a mysterious extract.

It's a craftsmanship that involves crushing ice with an ice pick and pouring shochu, ginger ale, and a mysterious extract into it! It seems to be less sweet than the cocktail at Yutenji.
Yakitori turn 2
The tataki (tsukune-style) is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Tsukune is usually served with sauce, but salt is recommended to enjoy the contrast in texture. In Yutenji, it's customary to serve this with green peppers.
This is a unique dish that you won't find anywhere else, so I highly recommend you try it!

My personal favorite is the soy sauce on the pork belly and the salt underneath the heart! I can eat this forever.

Cocktail with dark beer
Tadaya's style is to drink about half of the cocktail and then mix it with dark beer.

Yakitori turn 3
The last dish is the salted skirt steak. It's an excellent piece that's worth paying 700 yen for. The moment you bite into it, the fat overflows and the flavor spreads throughout your body.

Thank you for the meal!
Another recommended way to eat Himo Stamina is to mix it with pickled vegetables. At Yutenji, vinegar is added to it.

No matter what you eat, you'll be completely satisfied! This is a bar with a spectacular view that you'll want to visit regularly, even if it means taking three trains!
