A famous shop in downtown Tokyo,UchidaThe second installment of the "Taste of Famous Restaurants" series, supervised by Uchida! Enjoy the dry taste of a shochu highball! It will be released nationwide in limited quantities on Tuesday, September 3rd.
"Tateishi Uchida's Grape-Wrapped Flavor" is the second in the "Taste of Famous Restaurants" series, and is a new flavor supervised by the owner of "Uchida," a famous motsuyaki and stew restaurant in Tateishi, Katsushika Ward, Tokyo. The restaurant is also known as a mecca for pub fans, and its two signature products are the Takara Shochu-based non-carbonated "Umewari" and "Budowari." As our first product, we have been selling Tateishi Uchida's Umewari-style sake since 2020, which has a subtle plum flavor and a rich drinkability.
This latest release, "Tateishi Uchida's Grape-Split Style," was created under the supervision of the owner of "Uchida," and was inspired by the restaurant's "Grape-Split" to create a unique, mellow and satisfying flavor. Enjoy the carbonated "Grape-Split," which is not available in the restaurant, with the "Takara Shochu Highball" "Tateishi Uchida's Grape-Split Style," which is only available during this season. A portion of the profits from this product will be donated by the owner of "Uchida" to children's cafeterias in Katsushika Ward.
