This year in the city14 breweries and over 60 types of local sakeA wide selection of sake will be on display. You can enjoy local Nagaoka sake while interacting directly with the brewers. The event also offers a variety of Nagaoka foods that go well with sake, such as Tochio fried tofu and the rare brand of edamame "Koshi Issun," which can only be enjoyed for about 10 days from late September.
