In 1928, the business changed from a liquor wholesaler to a ramen shop. From the third generation onwards, the menu expanded to include Chinese cuisine. Now, the fourth generation is running the shop, making it an indispensable long-established local Chinese restaurant in front of Horikiri Shobuen Station. The most popular dish is the amber-colored fried rice with a hint of spices. It is a signature dish that has been loved by generations.
