My Sake World, a hands-on facility where you can blend and make your own favorite sake, opened on January 23, 2025 at the Oike Villa, an old private house in Kyoto.
Participants learn about the history and culture of sake while tasting and experiencing the flavor of junmai sake and the aroma of ginjoshu. Using a measuring cylinder and flask, the participants will adjust the taste in two trial blends to complete their own original sake "maisake". The finished product will be delivered home at a later date, and the recipe can be saved at NFT. A feature that allows customers to order a single bottle of "my saké" based on the saved recipe will also be introduced.
The experience of blending began with the desire to share the joy of "creating a unique sake in the world" with sake fans. It is the perfect gift for special occasions or as a keepsake.
The second English-speaking store, My Sake world Kyoto Kawaramachi Store, is scheduled to open in April 2025.

Step 3: Two prototypes can be made. Adjust the taste by blending.
Step 4: You will receive your own personalized maisake created with the adopted recipe at a later date.
