Ginjo Rosé IPA Saku, a collaboration between ISEKADO (Ise City) and Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten "Saku", is a new challenge for Sake Yeast Beer using Japanese sake yeast. The gorgeous aroma produced by the ginjo yeast "BMK3" and the addition of raspberries and blackberries give this beer a spring-like pink color. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the sweet and sour taste of the fruit and the bitterness of the hops are in perfect harmony. The aroma and flavor change over time, allowing you to enjoy a new sensory experience that transcends the boundaries between sake and beer.
