UPDATER Co., Ltd. has launched a project to provide the Japanese sake "Takeba Noto Junmai" at restaurants in the Kanto region to support Kazuma Sake Brewery (Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture), which was affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
This project aims to raise awareness of the current situation of affected sake breweries as a form of "drinking support." UPDATER will purchase "Takeba Noto Junmai" from Kazuma Sake Brewery and provide it free of charge to 50 participating restaurants. By serving this sake to their customers, the restaurants will be able to communicate the current situation in the affected areas and the brewery's thoughts. Kazuma Sake Brewery continues to brew sake despite the great damage it has suffered, and through this project, they aim to expand the circle of ongoing support.
