Hakutsuru Sake Brewery will release two varieties of "KOBE HERBAL GIN Hakufu," a craft gin made with rare botanicals from Kobe City, nationwide from September 1, 2025. This popular product was originally released on December 9, 2024, at its directly managed stores and liquor stores and restaurants in the Kansai area.

#01 uses strawberries, mint, and chamomile from Kobe, while #02 uses green shiso, red shiso, and basil. Both are brewed with underground water from the Rokko Mountains. #01 has a sweet and calming flavor that evokes the wind blowing in "Kobe at dusk." #02 has a refreshing, lingering green note that evokes the wind blowing in "the mountains of Kobe in the morning." Applying the "harmony" techniques cultivated in sake brewing, it achieves a smooth, easy-to-drink flavor.
