[Information] You can eat prison bento! "Corrections Exhibition," an exhibition and sale of prison work products, is being held at the Tokyo Detention House!

The 12th "Tokyo Detention Center Correctional Exhibition 2025" will be held Saturday, September 27th 9:30-15:00 The event will be held at the Tokyo Detention House in Kosuge, Katsushika Ward, Tokyo on 20th March 2020. The inside of the detention house, which is normally off-limits to the public, will be open to the public, and there will be an exhibition and sale of furniture and shoes made by inmates, as well as fabric products from the "Marugoku" series from Hakodate Juvenile Prison.

There will also be a large selection of food items made with prison recipes, including the popular "Prison Bento," "Prison Curry," and "Prison Koppepan." There will also be plenty to see, including food stalls, a bazaar, stage events, and demonstrations by prison officers. The event is located at 1-35-1 Kosuge, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo. Admission is free, but baggage inspections are required.
