Kiku Masamune Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. has launched its first craft gin,Kikumasamune BESIDE 700mL" will be released on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. This is an authentic craft gin developed using the techniques and knowledge cultivated in sake brewing.
A total of six botanicals are used, including juniper berries, cinnamon, and Yoshino cedar, which utilizes our knowledge of barrel storage. Each botanical is individually distilled to suit its own characteristics, and then blended together to achieve a calming sweetness that wells up from deep within, and a soft mouthfeel with reduced spiciness. The slight spiciness from the Yoshino cedar adds an accent that tightens the overall flavor.
