A long-established sake brewery in Izumo City, Shimane PrefectureSakamochida Main Store" will appear on "Asa Da! Live Tabi Salad" (ABC TV/TV Asahi) tomorrow, December 13th (Saturday) at 8am.
Guest Mori Izumi visited the brewery while touring the picturesque "Cotton Highway." She enjoyed tasting three types of sake at the quaint brewery, which is a registered tangible cultural property, and particularly praised the "Saka Nishiki Junmai Ginjo," which uses sake rice from Shimane, so much so that she asked for a second helping.
