Founded as a food stall immediately after the war, Horikiri Shobuen in Tokyo has been operating in its current store since the 1970s.Motsuya Nonki" Initially, it was run by the first generation couple from Niigata, but when they retired, the business was passed on to the second-generation owner, who was a regular customer at the time, and the current owner, Yamazaki Atsushi, is the third generation. Yamazaki himself is a regular customer, making this a rare bar where customers have taken over the business for two consecutive generations.
