Akasaka "Tsukon"
Hoppy Beverage, the maker of Hoppy, a drinker's best friend, is located in Akasaka. I was previously told by a Hoppy employee that there is a place in Akasaka where you can enjoy delicious Hoppy, so I decided to come here.

The shop was established two and a half years ago in 2022. It is a standing bar that was born during the COVID-19 pandemic.CommunicationThe restaurant where the chef previously worked closed down, and he opened this restaurant with money raised through crowdfunding. The names of those who invested are written on a scroll-style tarpaulin.

One-freeze, two-freeze Hoppy
First of all, without any hesitation, start with Hoppy. This is the ultimate Hoppy, which is twice as cold as the mug itself, with the inside, outside and mug being frozen, surpassing the three colds of chilled Hoppy!

According to Hoppy employees, their most recommended drink is Ichito Nirei, but they recommend Sanrei for the sake of the store's environment. It's rare to find a place in Tokyo, especially Akasaka, where you can enjoy Ichito Nirei! And it's only 400 yen!
Black Hoppy
In no time at all, he switched from the white Hoppy he had finished drinking to a black Hoppy, and even provided a fresh, frozen mug.

This logoless mug is the same size as a regular 500ml Hoppy mug. It fits 90ml inside and 360ml outside, including the foam. Beautiful!
Snacks
The chicken liver sashimi is perfect for the first batter and is only 300 yen for this quality!

The ham cutlet is the perfect size for a solo drinker.

I was really curious about the Super Spicy Mapo Tofu series, which includes tofu, eggplant, and mochi, so I chose the "Super Spicy Mapo Tofu." The temperature difference between it and Hoppy was stimulating and irresistible!

I would have liked to try the stew if it was available, but it didn't seem to be hot enough today, so I gave up on it. I'll save it for the next time I come!
Section division
I finished off with a dried bonito flakes dish that caught my eye. This warmed Shochikubai sake with carefully selected bonito flakes is a drink I'd like to replicate at home. It's a knockout drink that will have you wanting two or three refills after just the first serving.

The Hoppy was cold so I didn't say "Naka kudasai" (please give me a naka), but I never thought I'd say it now...
"Boss! Give me some scallops!"
And this was a crushing blow!

word used after one has been treated (esp. used after a meal)
We went in at the opening and it was practically a private bar, but Tsukon's location in Akasaka meant that the bar would be at its peak from now on. Who would have thought that we could drink Hoppy of this quality at this price in this place!
