I could not regret it enough that I failed to do so and could not get into the restaurant I was aiming for after having come so far from home! So I made a reservation the day before for a hormone-yaki restaurant calledJapanMr."

Otaru "Yashima

Established in 1982, this horumon-yaki restaurant is run by an energetic 84-year-old owner, his wife, and their son. There are several groups waiting outside for the opening of the restaurant. When the restaurant opens and the curtain is hung up, customers who have not made reservations say, "We're full! Sorry!" Sorry!" were returned. I'm glad I made a reservation!

The big brick is cool!

While picking up kimchi, we start grilling from the large intestine and teppo part of the white meat.

It has no smell at all and is suitable as the first batter. Toss it in a light soy sauce sauce, throw it in your mouth, and pour it down with a glass of Sapporo draft beer.

Smoke is smoky inside the restaurant and your eyes are shpa-shpa-shpa. The air outside is great and the visibility is excellent! Thanks for the food!
