It's a 20-minute walk from Shinozaki Station. In the summer, it's a walk that would make you sweat profusely, but in the winter, it's no problem.
The journey itself is exciting, as there is a famous bar in Shinozaki that is worth the 20-minute journey.

When you arrive at Shimoshinozaki, you will find a shopping street with a unique atmosphere, with izakayas, snack bars, coffee shops, liquor stores and other establishments all displaying their names on signs in the same format.
Shinozaki "Obayashi"
At the opening, local regulars helped out by hanging up the noren curtain. You can see that this restaurant is loved by locals.

Once inside, you'll be greeted by a beautiful U-shaped counter and a spectacular space with strips of paper plastered on all sides. It's also great that prices include tax!
Customers' orders are written in code on the blackboards attached around the inside of the L-shaped building.
Takara Shochu Highball Red
There are many things to look forward to, but here's a start.

The Kanda Highball-based shochu highball, commonly known as the "ball," can be enjoyed with or without ice. Drink Nippon's strong carbonation and thick-sliced lemon are a perfect match, and the flavor will fill your body even in the middle of winter. Awesome!

You can enjoy splitting the inside and outside parts yourself.
Stewed offal
I was torn between stewed pork belly and nankotsu, but I went for the classic stewed offal. It's pork small and large intestines stewed with konjac in a light soy sauce. The contrast in temperature between the balls and the stew is irresistible!

Bonito sashimi (550 yen)
After much deliberation between lean tuna, yellowtail, horse mackerel, bonito sashimi, red sea bream marinated in kelp, and oyster vinegar, I decided on bonito sashimi. It was the perfect choice!

Chicken steak
After pork and fish, chicken steak will complete the conquest of land, sea and air!

Chicken thigh steak with a rich buttery aroma. It's so delicious, there's no need to explain! It's unbelievable that it's only 450 yen including tax! You can change the flavor freely by adding lemon, Japanese mustard, or mayonnaise to the garlic butter flavor. We recommend the refreshing lemon flavor!
That was a delicious meal (said after meals)
In the end, I managed to hit the ball all the way to the end and finished with 3 medium and 6 medium cups.

Nothing to say! Obayashi was very satisfied with everything. He was in a good mood for the 20 minutes on the way home!
