大塚駅の南口駅前は、駅を降りるといきなり「大塚天祖神社」の参道入り口があり、そこが飲み屋も多い繁華街になっている。しかもその前を東京に残る唯一の都電「東京さくらトラム（都電荒川線）」が横切るという、なんとも味わい深い街だ。そのなかにある1軒が、大手中華チェーンの「大阪王将」がプロデュースした店「幸龍軒」。
