"How to drink shochu deliciously" and the story of "original chuhai"
In "Stories about Shochu You Surprisingly Don't Know," which began in 2022, we asked representatives of mixer manufacturers such as "Hoppy" and "Hoisu" to tell us about the history and secrets of their deliciousness, and also spoke with dispenser manufacturers. This time, as a continuation of the "Compilation" (Part 2), we asked Kiwako Kurashima, editor-in-chief of "Koten Sakaba," at Chuhai Club C in Ogikubo (Suginami Ward, Tokyo) to look back on the history of chuhai and mixers, and to come up with an "original chuhai."
