Speaking of Kyobashi, Grand Chateau is a familiar name for people in the Kansai region due to its nostalgic commercial. Elementary school students in the Showa era would often hum along to the TV commercial, which featured the rhythmic phrase "Omasse" (meaning there is), which is no longer used even by people from the Kansai region.
Kyobashi has always been full of bars, and you'll often see office workers stopping off for a drink on their way home. I started my stroll through Kyobashi with high hopes.
