This is a Yabusoba branch opened in 1984 by the owner, who trained for nearly 20 years at the famous soba restaurant "Kanda Yabusoba" in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. The specialty is sesame soup soba, which is dipped in sesame sauce, but my recommendation is "Hikomago," which is enjoyed with tempura-less soba filled with shrimp.
