Founded in 1974, this year marks the 50th anniversary of the famous Iidabashi bar "Torishiro Sake BreweryAlthough the restaurant's name includes the word "chicken," its signature dishes are grilled and stewed offal. The limited-edition "Nankotsu Tataki" is particularly delicious. It's an oasis in the business district, frequented by many office workers.
