Founded in 1974 under the elevated tracks of the Tokyu Toyoko Line,Happy" is a local Chinese restaurant familiar to those who live in this town. Their specialty, katayaki soba, is the largest I know of along the Tokyu Line. It's packed with toppings and is sure to go well with beer!
