Ofuna "Senri"

The gyoza at Senri, the oldest surviving Chinese restaurant in Ofuna, founded in 1961, are soul food for the people who live in Ofuna. The restaurant, located in front of the station, was often frequented by groups of high school students, along with people from the nearby infrastructure, manufacturing, and film industries, and regulars from that time have continued to patronize Senri restaurants across generations.

Senri currently operates 14 stores, mainly in Kamakura City, including the Chinese restaurant Senba Gyozarou, Vegetable Chinese Restaurant Senri Sai located in Lumine directly connected to Ofuna Station, and Senri Hanten in Fujisawa, which retains the local Chinese atmosphere from when the company first opened.
