Sake Event Calendar January 2025 Edition

The Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), the largest organization in the sake industry, with approximately 1,600 alcoholic beverage (sake, authentic shochu, awamori, and mirin) manufacturers nationwide, disseminates information on sake-related events and topics held in Tokyo and other regions.

The "Sake Event Calendar January 2025 Edition," which aims to let more people know about opportunities to experience sake, is as follows.

Nada sake meets TOKYO. NIHONBASHI

[Contents]A Nada sake tasting and sales event will be held at the Edo Sakura-dori Underground Walkway in the Mitsukoshimae area, which is the finish line of the Tokyo Metro walking event "Tokyo Machi Stroll x Nada Gogo 'Tokyo Machi Stroll 2025' Hanzomon to Mitsukoshimae Course." There will also be snacks for sale and local government promotion events.

[Contents]The Nada Gogo sake breweries hold a joint "kura-kai" (opening of the breweries) event to celebrate the completion of their new sake and enjoy freshly pressed sake. There will also be local gourmet booths, sake brewing songs, and stage events such as sake brewery bands.
