Seibu Chichibu Ekimae Onsen Matsuri no Yu in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture, will host the Chichibu Sake Brewery Festival, bringing together eight sake breweries and liquor stores from the renowned Chichibu region, from 11:00 to 16:00 on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Participants range from breweries with over 270 years of history to craft breweries, and more than 30 different brands, including whiskey, wine, beer, sake, and mead, will be available for tasting.
Collaborative menu items such as "Chichibu Kabosu Fragrant Salt Fried Chicken" and "Chichibu Konjac Fries," created by local high school students using local ingredients, will also be unveiled, along with a variety of stage events, including live performances and greetings from local mascots. Admission is free, and the event utilizes the station's facilities, which are a base for accommodation and sightseeing, to promote Chichibu's sake and food culture to tourists.
