Hometown Gourmet Terrace ~Tohoku Local Sake Spring Festival~
Local gourmet event "Hometown Gourmet Terrace ~Tohoku Local Sake Spring Festival~" will be held this weekend, March 16th (Sat) and 17th (Sun) at Okachimachi Panda Square (Taito-ku, Tokyo). In addition to bringing together local gourmet food (from 15 companies per day) and local sake (from 15 brands per day), the event will also feature the "Connecting Thoughts, Sakura Project," where people can share their stories and messages of support related to Tohoku in order to "ensure that the memory of the Great East Japan Earthquake is not forgotten" and "to let more people know about the charms of Tohoku."
