In order to spread the appeal of fermentation culture, including the sake that has been popular in Koriyama City, we will be holding the "Kooriyama SAKE & Fermentation Festival."
On the first day, October 25th, there will be the "SAKE Festival" where you can taste sake from six Koriyama breweries. On the second day, the 26th, there will be the "Fermentation Festival Eve Festival," a meet-and-greet between whiskey makers and fans from all over the country. On the third day, the 27th, there will be the "Fermentation Festival," where you can taste fermented foods from the Koriyama/Kooriyama region, as well as the "Whiskey Collection in Koriyama," where whiskey makers from all over the country will gather.

[Fermentation Festival Eve] ・Date and time: Saturday, October 26, 2020, 18:00-20:00 Location: Koriyama View Hotel, 4th floor "Palacio" and 11th floor "Stellato" -Content: A networking event between whisky producers exhibiting at the whisky collection and whisky fans.
[Fermentation Festival and Whisky Collection in Koriyama] ・Date and time: Sunday, October 27, 2020 Location: Hotel Hamatsu ・Contents: Fermentation Festival 10:00-17:00 Whisky Collection 11:00-17:00 Fermented food producers from Koriyama City and the wider Koriyama area will provide and sell products. Workshops and cooking classes will also be held.
