An event where 35 sake breweries from Niigata gather togetherNiigata Sake no Jin OSAKA" will be held at the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Branch in Osaka from October 10th to 14th. A special sake bar called "Snack Niigata" will be set up at the venue, where you can enjoy a tasting set (1,200 yen) where you can choose your three favorite sakes from over 30 varieties. In addition, a limited edition sake blend of 35 varieties will be available, limited to 100 glasses per day. Food unique to Niigata will also be available at the event, with new Koshihikari rice from Uonuma and grilled and pickled salmon on sale. There will also be an exhibition of sake vessels, allowing you to enjoy the changing flavors of sake.
