The popular sake event "Niigata Sake no Jin 2025," sponsored by the Niigata Prefecture Sake Brewers Association, will be held at Toki Messe on Saturday, March 8th and Sunday, March 9th.
80 breweries from the prefecture will be exhibiting, and around 500 types of sake will be available to sample. This popular event began in 2004 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the association's founding, and continues to this day. This is something that sake fans cannot miss, and tickets will go on sale from 1pm on Sunday, January 19th.
