Satsuma Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Makurazaki City, Kagoshima Prefecture) will be holding a pop-up event where people can enjoy the authentic sweet potato shochu "Ayahibiki" at the Organic Building in Shinsaibashi, Osaka for four days from September 12th (Friday) to the 15th (Monday, holiday).

"Saikyo" is a genuine sweet potato shochu characterized by its refreshing scent like green apples and its unique coolness. At the event, carbonated drinks that bring out its charm will be served, along with four types of pairing dishes, allowing visitors to enjoy combinations they have never experienced before.

This event is the Osaka version of the popular event held in Shinbashi, Tokyo. The venue will incorporate a design that will make you feel the arrival of autumn, and you will be able to experience new ways to enjoy shochu and food.
