The Aichi Prefecture Sake Brewers Association, the Gifu Prefecture Sake Brewers Association Federation, and ZIP-FM launched the sake tasting event "SAKAE SAKE SQUARE" will be held again this year.
The 2024 event will be held for three days from July 13th (Saturday) to July 15th (Monday, national holiday) at the Oasis 21 Ginga no Hiroba Special Venue in Sakae, Nagoya. More than 20 breweries will exhibit on each day, for a total of 44 breweries (24 from Aichi and 20 from Gifu).
The venue will have a paid tasting booth, as well as snack booths and souvenir sales booths. There will also be a DJ booth where you can relax and enjoy music to go with your drinks.
Admission is free, but to participate in the tasting event, you will need to purchase a "starter set." On the day of the event, you will receive a set of 10 food and drink coins that can be used in the venue, an original sake cup, and a wristband. Snacks and soft drinks will also be sold at the venue. You can also purchase your favorite brands as souvenirs. (Note: Some brands may not be available for sale.)
