The Shirasagi Sake Festival, an event where you can sample fine sake from around Japan while looking out at Himeji Castle, will be held on March 23rd at the rooftop observation deck of E-Gle Himeji in Honmachi, Himeji City.

At the venue, you can taste sake (approximately 90 brands) selected by the Sakaya Myouri Association, which is made up of six liquor stores in the prefecture, from a total of 30 breweries in 19 prefectures, including Hyogo, Chiba, and Miyagi.

In addition to popular local brands such as "Oku Harima" (Himeji City) and "Sensuke" (Kobe City), there will also be a selection of rare products that are not widely distributed within the prefecture, such as "Koimari Saki" (Saga Prefecture) and "Mizunoo" (Nagano Prefecture).

The Shirasagi Sake Festival will be held on March 23rd at the rooftop observation deck of Egle Himeji in Honmachi, Himeji City, where visitors can enjoy a tasting of fine sake from around Japan while looking out at Himeji Castle. The festival will feature 19 sakes from Hyogo, Chiba, Miyagi, and other prefectures, selected by the Sake Shop Myori Association, a group of six liquor stores in the prefecture.
