Kanwan Grand Prix in Tottori
In this chilly season, sake fans flock to "kanzake" (warmed sake). Warming the sake brings out the aroma of the rice, allowing you to feel the quality of the ingredients and the brewer's dedication. This is a competition that focuses on "kanzake," which allows you to experience the charm of Tottori Prefecture's Junmai sake, and tests the "technique" of warming the sake and the "pairing of kanzake with food."Kanwan Grand Prix" will be held in Yonago City on Wednesday, November 20th.
In addition, we are recruiting 40 general judges from across the country for the "Sake and Snacks" category, which will compete to see which hot sake pairs best with food. We welcome applications from people whose names, addresses, workplaces, or schools contain the character "kan," or who have personal stories or stories related to "kan."
