On Saturday, October 5, 2024,TRAIN BAR Hitachino" will be operated. This train is part of the Ibaraki After Destination Campaign, and is a collaboration with Kiuchi Sake Brewery, where you can enjoy local alcohol and gourmet food on board. Alcoholic beverages on offer include Hitachino Nest Beer, Hinomaru Whisky, and Kiuchi Plum Wine, and special snacks are also included. There are two courses: Mito Station to Tsuchiura Station (departing at 10:33) and Tsuchiura Station to Mito Station (departing at 14:58), both of which have the same content. The participation fee is 6,500 yen (tax included), and each course is limited to 75 people. Apply at JRE MALL!
