Founded around 1978 (Showa 53), the "Kodama Restaurant" will be closing at the end of August. Thank you for your hard work over the years.

I ordered the Mapo Ramen and Garlic Grill Set Meal at Kodama Shokudo in Yuzawa, Akita Prefecture! The garlicky Mapo Tofu and full-throttle garlic set meal were amazing!
Aji no Mise Kodama Shokudo @ Motoshimizu, Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture. It was a rare day for me to visit Yuzawa City for lunch, so it was my first time back in eight years. The "Chinese + Half Fried Rice Set" I had back then is still a favorite, even in this climate of cost-push inflation.
