Founded in 1976 (Showa 51), this popular local Chinese restaurant in Asakusa isIkomaken" will be closing in mid-March. Thank you for your hard work over the years.
I went to Asakusa Ikomanken, which I'd heard was delicious but hadn't had the chance to try. The classic "Yakiniku Rice" was delicious with an exquisite sauce. "We'll serve you meat, but do you want mayonnaise? It's a large serving of rice," the owner said, offering attentive service that really showed his hospitality. Unfortunately, it seems they're closing in mid-March. I'd really like to try the fried rice and omelet rice, but I wonder if I'll be able to make it. When I asked, they said, "They're doing it next week." pic.twitter.com/LpAIBpMml3
