This famous Koenji restaurant offers dishes such as anmitsu and zenzai, all priced at under 500 yen (tax included), as well as Chinese noodles, curry rice, fried rice, and in the summer, gorgeous chilled ice cream. You can enjoy a meal and dessert together for around 1,000 yen.
This long-established restaurant was founded in 1968 (Showa 43). The ramen is mild and never gets old, and the "Mochi Iri Soba" (550 yen) comes with a large mochi (rice cake), which is the best to eat the day after drinking.
