What a great name. What a great atmosphere. This place is famous for its chagayu (rice porridge), so it's perfect for breakfast, but I also ordered a beer. The chagayu here comes in a whole pot, even for one serving, so it's quite filling. It also comes with lots of tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) and rice accompaniments. The chagayu itself isn't salty, so you need plenty of rice accompaniments to finish it. Run by an elderly couple, it has a really laid-back atmosphere. They sometimes forget your order or are slow to serve, but that makes the waiting time enjoyable. The proprietress' catchphrase is, "Sorry, we're an old lady running the place," which is just so cute lol.
