Echigoya is closed
Founded in the early Meiji period (late 1800s) as a Japanese confectionery shop, it changed its business model to its current Western and Chinese restaurant in 1951, and is a long-established restaurant popular for its potato salad pork cutlets and chicken nanban.Echigoya" on Monday, January 29th. A notice posted on the restaurant stated that "Due to a kitchen fire, the restaurant will be closed for the time being."

This is a well-established restaurant that has been in business for 130 years. We can't wait for it to return.
