Green Road food stalls
The Green Road food stalls, a Takamatsu specialty that pop up one after another at night, will no longer be able to operate at the end of March.

Matsu-chan
The other day, when I visited, only Matsu-chan was open, and when I went inside and talked to the staff, they told me, "We're closing at the end of March. We'd like to open somewhere else, but haven't decided yet. I'd lose my job."

The food stall, which has been loved by local people and tourists for many years, had been negotiating for many years with Kochi City to withdraw from Green Road due to the issue of operating without a license.

More than just a place to eat, food stalls have served as part of the local community, reflecting local food culture and providing special experiences for local residents and tourists alike.
I hope that they will resolve the issues of road use and illegal stalls, and find some way to preserve the food stall culture, such as renting a parking space like Yasubei, and protect this tourist resource that provides a special drinking experience.
