The popular gyoza stall "" closed at the end of March due to a request from Kochi City to withdraw from Green Road.Matsu-chan" will be reopening near Green Road on Thursday, May 9th.

It's not a food stall but a street-front establishment, and it seems to be where "Minmin Chinese Cuisine" used to be. The opening hours are the same as before, from 7pm to 2am, so it's open all night. I'm looking forward to it!
