A long-established yakiniku restaurant in Ura Teramachi,Miyoshi" closed its doors in 2020 after 60 years of history due to the owner's aging and the COVID-19 pandemic.
The current owner, who was a regular customer at the time, was determined to revive the flavor of Sankichi, so with the consent of his family and associates, he asked for the recipe from back then and took over the signboard. He then trained at a yakiniku restaurant in Gion, and finally opened his long-awaited restaurant.
