Founded in 1955 (Showa 30), this long-established ramen restaurant in Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture isSugimuraya" closed on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. The noodles are made entirely by hand, without the use of machines, using bamboo to roll out the kneaded strong flour. Due to his advanced age, he no longer had the stamina to continue making noodles, and so he decided to close the shop. Thank you for your hard work over the years.
