We started Hariya on an ordinary day, May 22nd, 2023. What I always think is that food is an everyday thing, not a special occasion. There can be days when it's a celebration. There can also be days when it's Sapporo Ichiban. I would be very happy if a bar can become a part of someone's everyday life.
