Minami, a restaurant in Honjo-cho, Saga City, beloved by fans for half a century, will close on the 30th. In addition to local regulars, many customers from outside the prefecture visit after hearing about its reputation. Run by Asao Tanaka (80) and his wife, Kazuko (77), the restaurant is sad to close.
