Motchan is a long-established and popular okonomiyaki restaurant near my alma mater, Tagawa High School. It closed on Sunday, July 27th, so customers were waiting, and the staff were fighting over who could handle it. It's been a while since I last ate there, and it was fluffy and the mayonnaise was delicious. I didn't know it was this good 😋.
